Strategic Plan for 2020-2023

Every three years each library in the state of Iowa needs to complete an accreditation process. This process looks at all aspects of public libraries: physical collections, online resources, staffing, hours, policies, continuing education of the board and the library director, the library building, and so much more! Part of that process includes the director gathering community data and working with the library board of trustees to put together a strategic plan showing what the library would like to accomplish through the next several years. 

The Strategic Plan is a guideline of what the library board, director, and staff would like to accomplish in the next several years. What do you think of the library plan? If you want to talk about the Strategic Plan, let the library director know!
