Review and Adjustment of Goals and Objectives
The library director will work together with the library board to review and adjust these goals and objectives as needed. The library director and board will use a variety of methods to evaluate the effectiveness of this plan, including statistical data (attendance, number of uses, etc.), surveys, Project Outcome, and accomplishment of specific tasks.
The library board will review these goals and objectives once a quarter.
· Goals and objectives will be reviewed with the library director and/or other library staff at regularly scheduled board meetings.
New goals and objectives will be added when the need arises.
· New goals and objectives can be recommended by the library staff, director, and library board at any time.
